Hello Thunder Ridge! My name is Trysta Davis and I am super excited to be a part of our school newspaper, The Oracle, this year. I am currently a sophomore and I look forward to this school year! My passion is running and I have participated in cross country and track at the school for the past 2 years. I love to meet and get to know new people whenever I can, so I feel like I am able to be a good reporter because I will be able to understand and talk to people about how they feel about certain events that might be put into the newspaper.

I hope to write stories that will keep readers entertained and give them the information they are looking for. I love going and watching sports, especially football games. I would like to put that in my writing because I know many readers go to the newspaper to find scores and details of a sports event that they might not have had the chance to attend. I would also like to put real news into my stories so that readers can stay informed about what is happening outside of our school. I am super excited to be a part of The Oracle this year. I hope I can provide you with what you would like to see, and I hope I can make this year’s stories super fun!
