The Harry Potter Reunion: Return to Hogwarts 20th anniversary was a long-awaited event that took place January 1, 2022. Harry Potter fans around the world were ecstatic to have a reunion of the beloved cast. Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Helena Bonham Carter, Rupert Grint, and Ralph Fiennes among others made an appearance at the reunion.

DeeAnn Jones, a devoted 20-year fan of the Harry Potter world was ecstatic to have been able to watch the long-awaited reunion. Her favorite part of the reunion was the interview between Emma Watson and Rupert Grint. She thought they were very sweet and funny to each other and she enjoyed watching them. While watching Jones experienced some second-hand embarrassment from some awkward interviews and some surprises. As a devoted fan, she has read the books countless times along with watching the movies, even though she likes the books a lot more. But she still believes that the movies did catch some of the magic from the books but not all of it. 

At the nearly 2-hour reunion, there were 15 interviews with the cast, a magical trailer, fun lookbacks on memories during filming, along with a confession of crushes between two cast members. The Return to Hogwarts was a magical reunion where the cast was able to talk about their experiences and live a little in the past.
