Thunder Ridge Art Club is where people come together and make art.  Club members meet in room 115, every Tuesday and Friday. People will gather and talk about events that will take place, like the booth that their hosting at the Halloween Carnival, face painting. The carnival was held on Monday, October 25th from 6 pm to 9 pm at Thunder Ridge High School. Club members also plan to go to museums and host art shows with the art that they’ve made

The Art Club is always welcoming new members. Just join one of the Tuesday or Friday meetings during lunch in room 115.

The Art Club’s president for 2021-2022 is Micaela Loera, with Hailie Hatt as Vice President, Brooklyn Andrews as Secretary, and Jayden as Treasurer.

The vote for president was originally postponed because of homecoming week, and because the vote was tied between Sydney Davis, Krista Porter, and Micaela Loera. In the second vote, Krista Porter was not present, and Loera won in a total vote score of 6-1.

This club has made a home for artists of all mediums, and anyone interested in creating and discussing art should look into joining.
